Villa Benirras is located in the quiet hills ca. 300 m from the sandy beach of Benirras. On the beach are several restaurants and a beachbar or chringuito. There is an asphalted access road to the villa. Distance to the village of San Miguel or San Juan is about 10 minutes drive; here you will find all shopping facilities, banks, post office, restaurants and bars. Distance to Ibiza town aprox. 22 km. The villa is situated on south-west facing slope with view over the bay and surrounding hills. A nice mediterranean garden with some palmtrees has been layed out around the house.

This comfortable country house built in finca style has wooden sealings, hand burned floor tiles and other authentic features, all that combined with modern comfort in bath rooms and kitchen, airconditioning in some bedrooms, big glass-sliding doors towards the terraces and centralheating for the winter months. On 300 m2 of living area offers this house on ground level a big dining-living room with a fireplace and SAT TV and music equipment, a covered terrace in front, an open style fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with tub. On the first floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom ensuite, safety deposit and it's own terrace.

From ground level going down the stairs you come to the swimmingpool area. Here is a separate guest house with livingroom, double bedroom and bathroom. The pool of 12 x 4 m has a nice sun terrace with sunbeds and unbrellas.
